I aim to make therapy as easy and accessible as possible.
I offer my services both in person at my Brooklyn office as well as virtual sessions depending on your preference and my availability.

I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider for all major insurance plans. This means you can utilize your OON benefits to subsidize the cost of therapy.
Step 1: Contact your insurance provider and ask about your out of network benefits including your OON deductible (minimum spend prior to OON benefits kicking in), and your co-insurance (the % of my hourly fee you will be expected to cover out of pocket weekly).
On average, most of my patients pay between 30-50% of my hourly fee when utilizing their OON insurance benefits.
Step 2: If we decide to work together, I will provide a super bill each month, which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
If you are looking for a fully in-network provider, the easiest way to find someone is by using the “find a provide” tab in your insurance portal. I am also happy to provide referrals upon request.

Therapy provides a safe, objective, and non-judgmental space for you to focus on yourself and your needs- It’s your time! Therapy can help you manage symptoms such as anxiety, and depression, as well as gain deeper insight into your behaviors, address interpersonal difficulties, work through issues related to identity, process traumatic events, unpack and better understand the impact of your family history, and improve your perception of yourself, others, and the world around you.

I request clients cancel their scheduled appointments with at least 24-hours notice by emailing, or calling me directly. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee. Please note that insurance benefits do not cover missed appointments, so missed appointment charges will need to be covered out-of-pocket.

Beginning January 1, 2022, if you’re uninsured or you pay for health care bills yourself (don’t have your claims submitted to your health plan), health care providers and facilities must provide you with an estimate of expected charges before you get an item or service. This is called a “good faith estimate.” Providers and facilities must provide you with a good faith estimate if you request one, or after you’ve scheduled an item or service. It should include expected charges for the primary item or service you’re getting, and any other items or services that are provided as part of the same scheduled experience.
The provider or facility you contact for a good faith estimate must provide a list of all items and services associated with your care. In 2022, the estimate isn’t required to include items and services provided to you by another provider or facility, but you can also ask these providers or facilities for a separate good faith estimate. In 2023, the provider or facility you contact will be required to provide co-provider or co-facility cost information.
Providers and facilities must:
Provide the good faith estimate before an item or service is scheduled, within certain timeframes.
Offer an itemized list of each item or service, grouped by the provider or facility offering care. Each item or service has to have specific details, like the health care code assigned to it and the expected charge.
Explain the good faith estimate to you over the phone or in-person if you request it, and then follow up with a written (paper or electronic) estimate.
Provide the good faith estimate in a way that’s accessible to you.
As it pertains to therapy, all this means is that you will be informed of your self-pay per session rate and the cancellation fee.scription
